Normal aircraft tracking Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs in short, announced by ICAO as part of the GADSS concept) will go into effect later in 2018 and require larger aircraft operators to meet mandatory tracking- and GADSS warning standards. Consequently, we will soon release a basic stand-alone version of what is to become a new fully compliant flight tracking solution within the upcoming OpsControl module for PPS.

Which parameters are the most important to us when we evaluate our company growth? Financial results are always interesting, but we also find the number of filed flight plans to be equally as fascinating, since it provides an insight into the degree of product utilization among our customers.

We have a unique pilot policy at AIR SUPPORT. Flying is a part of our corporate identity. Many of our employees are educated pilots themselves and hold current ratings. When we say our product is developed by experience, a great part of it is based on many thousands of hours behind the controls, spanning all the way from entry level to several years of airline experience.

Travel Service Airlines, the largest airline operator in Czech Republic, has signed a long-term contract with AIR SUPPORT for the provision of the PPS Flight Planning System. The order was signed September 1st after an intensive RFT process.

We recently visited Ventus International Aviation in North Carolina and had a talk with Eyan Schreibman, President of Operations & Client Relations. Dealing mainly with flight planning for international flights and often with a very short notice, the company focused on acquiring a cost-effective system.
